Rosenberg, TX – Lamar Consolidated Independent School District (LCISD) has initiated an investigation following serious allegations that a former teacher filmed pornographic videos on school grounds during school hours. The district confirmed on Wednesday that they are in possession of the controversial videos.

Community activist Dr. Candice Matthews revealed that the explicit content was created by a teacher at Adriane Mathews Gray Elementary School, utilizing a bathroom and a classroom for filming. Matthews, alongside Minister Quanell X, held a press conference outside the school, calling for immediate district action.

In response to the allegations, LCISD issued a statement: Our officers have opened an investigation and, upon initial review, do not believe that children were present during the filming of the videos,” the statement read. “However, the investigating officer is working to verify the timestamp and circumstances surrounding the recordings. If the district finds that criminal behavior or conduct violating the Texas Administrative Code Educator’s Code of Ethics has occurred, we will engage with the appropriate reporting agencies.”

X and Matthews demanded that the district report the videos to law enforcement to ensure the safety of the teacher’s former students. He called for the district to also petition the Texas Education Agency (TEA) to revoke the teacher’s certification.

“We demand that the school district send a letter to the Texas Education Agency demanding her certification as a teacher be terminated and revoked,” Quanell X stated.

The teacher in question had submitted her resignation in February, effective at the end of the school year. District officials stated they were unaware of the explicit videos at the time of her resignation and are unsure if the videos influenced her decision to leave. The district has promised the community that they are treating the matter with utmost seriousness and will take appropriate action based on their findings.

As the investigation continues, the former teacher has not been available for comment. This is a developing story, and updates will be provided as new information emerges.
